- When did you first become a ranger?
I became a TCA ranger in 2020.
2.What is your Background?
I born on 16th July 1994 at Asier Village and I successfully completed Grade 10 in St Francis High School in Nuku District.
3.What are your Main Duties?
My Duties are to do more research work in Torricelli mountain Range using all special TCA’s Monitoring tools like PAM app and SMART app.
- What is your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part of the job is using the monitoring apps so that I am responsible for looking after my Conservation Area.
5.What is the funniest thing that has happened to you at work?
The funniest thing that has happened while doing research is when a tricky snake is disturbed or runs towards me while trying to take photos and videos. Also chasing and jumping around trees trying to photograph lizards!
- What is your most Memorable moment?
My Memorable moment that I will never forget is while doing my patrol with all rangers there was a heavy rain and a thunder strikes with lightening. I was being washed by the rain while walking and sliding on the wet ground.
- Why is the job important to you?
The job is important to me because I want to be a researcher and to do research work and work as a ranger to look after my Conservation Area. I especially want to conserve all different endangered species and biodiversity, both flora and fauna.
