From an early age Jolene has had a strong desire to protect nature, which led to pursuing a career as one of nature’s protectors. For the last 27 years, Jolene has worked as a ranger with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS).
As the IRF Oceania representative, she is driven to developing initiatives encouraging strong communication and to build mutually beneficial relationships between rangers and conservation groups working towards protecting biodiversity and natural and cultural values within Oceania.
